Holistic spirituality involves attentiveness to body and soul. Often times, many people forego paying attention to their bodily health.  How can believers maintain a healthy balance between the health of our souls plus the health of our bodies? One way is to pay attention to what we eat.

No matter if you live in the city, the suburbs, or the country; in a house or an apartment, this video by Simple Sustainable Living  offers a few tips on how to start a food garden.
